PVD vacuum plasma plating process is adopted for stainless steel plating. Under vacuum conditions, low voltage and high current arc discharge technology is adopted, and the solid-state coating is evaporated and ionized by gas discharge. Under the action of electric field, the evaporated coating is deposited on the surface of stainless steel. It can be plated with sapphire blue, black, coffee, seven colors, zirconium gold, bronze, bronze, rose, champagne gold, light green and other colors.

The plates used for color plating can be plated with stainless steel such as wire drawing and mirror. The formed colored stainless steel maintains the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of the original stainless steel, enriches the surface appearance of stainless steel and has stronger corrosion resistance. In elevator products, color plated stainless steel is often used to make car wall panels, which has a good decorative effect.
